Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be modified.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry! Email us at support@stretchpeachy.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out right away.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
What if something is out of stock? You can sign up for a restock notification on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
